Your Mission
- Own the Engine: audit, validate, and rebuild the Google Ads strategy (search-first, worldwide market) from scratch.
- Aggressive Scaling: push the current $100k/mo foundation to a profitable $1M+/mo, tearing down any setups that break.
- Team Collaboration: work directly with the General Manager on budget forecasting, growth planning, and P&L strategy.
- Data-Driven Growth: deep-dive into funnel data to optimize the entire user journey from impression to conversion.
