Job Description:
Own the end-to-end delivery of large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution and operational transition.
Lead ERP Transformation, Data & AI, and Application Managed Services engagements for enterprise client in Consumer Goods and Beverage sector.
Ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, quality, budget, and business objectives.
Drive delivery governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
Drive Agile delivery methodologies and continuous process improvement.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging digital technologies
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
Lead contract discussions, Statement of Work (SOW) finalization, change requests, and commercial governance.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams on pursuit strategies, solutioning, and proposal development.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, globally distributed delivery teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor on industry trends, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
Managed delivery portfolios valued at USD 30–40 million, leading organizations of approximately 900 –1000 professionals.
Experience delivering transformation programs within the Beverage industry is highly desirable.
