Position: Digital Experience Leader
Location: China
Report to: Head of Digital Hub
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and champion the digital experience vision and roadmap for the organization.
• Oversee the delivery of exceptional digital experiences across all platforms and channels.
• Lead cross-functional teams (UI/UE, Frontend, Digital Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment and execution of digital initiatives.
• Set and monitor KPIs for digital experience quality, engagement, and conversion.
• Drive innovation in personalization, A/B testing, and user journey optimization.
• Ensure digital experience standards, usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Report on digital experience performance and recommend strategic improvements to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital leadership roles.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and experience management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and user experience best practices.
• Experience with large-scale CMS and personalization tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in omnichannel digital strategy.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product management.
• Knowledge of data-driven marketing and customer journey mapping.
