Position Summary
George’s Watersports, Boat Hire and Yachting is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Strategist to manage and develop the company’s online presence, digital advertising campaigns and recruitment branding initiatives.
The role combines content creation, social media management and performance marketing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts
- Develop and execute social media content calendar
- Create and edit photo and video content
- Optimise engagement and posting performance
- Design and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor analytics and campaign performance
- Support website SEO optimisation
- Develop LinkedIn visibility and recruitment content strategy
Candidate Profile
- Background in Marketing, Digital Media or related field
- Knowledge of Google Ads
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Experience with content creation tools
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Contract Duration
- Preferred: 6–8 months
- Minimum: 4 months
- Possibility of extension to year-round employment
