Core Responsibilities
- User interface and Web development for an internal website
- Develop/support software used for a variety of purposes
- Analyze, test, debug and assist with the integration of new applications
- Create documentation of all development activity
- Ensure delivery of software on time and to specification
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, etc. or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of software development experience focused on Java/J2EE
- Experience in both front end (UI)Web development and application development
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- Tomcat (WebLogic or WebSphere experience may be considered in lieu of Tomcat)
- Sharp and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the team
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills: verbal, written and listening
Nice to Have
- Experience with interfacing Web applications with backend applications
