Apex Orthopaedics Spine and Neurology provides comprehensive spine and orthopedic care in North Carolina, with locations in Charlotte, Raleigh, High Point, and Wilmington. We specialize in using cutting-edge treatments with a conservative approach. We are a group of friendly and ambitious professionals who work together to provide exceptional care to our patients. We are currently expanding and searching for a passionate Mid-Level Provider who would like to become a part of our High Point team.

Mid-Level Provider Responsibilities Complete history and physical exam Compile the treatment plan and the staff treatment plan with the supervising physician Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment Interpret radiology and lab studies Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home Document and update patient records Refer patients to specialists as needed
