  About

the role:

Reporting to the superintendent, you’ll play a key leadership role on-site, coordinating people, plant and materials to safely deliver high-quality outcomes across our projects.
You’ll lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant, equipment, materials and resources across multiple work fronts to achieve program, productivity, quality and safety targets.
Working within client requirements and project specifications, you’ll monitor progress, manage site activities and identify opportunities to improve productivity and delivery.

You’ll also ensure works meet all relevant HSEQ requirements and actively promote Georgiou’s commitment to zero harm.
You’ll work closely with Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, clients and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery, while providing strong leadership to site crews and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. You’ll also contribute to planning, programming and progress reporting throughout the project.
Your

skills and experience:

• Previous Supervisor experience in infrastructure, subdivision, Water Corporation, or greenfield development projects.
  
• Strong ability to monitor a section of work and co-ordinate resources to deliver on time and budget, while upholding a high-quality standard.
  
• An engaging and driven leader with experience in driving a high standard of work and safety.
  
• Previous experience of managing a large work crew.
  
• Be able to show competence in planning projects and recording progress.
  
• Strong IT and communication skills.
  
• Excellent safety record.
