YOUR ROLE
IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. As the Bartender, you will serve customers and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards Properly set up bar, including stocking and batching Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.
Completed all prep work prior to bar start time During service, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests GHG24
