📌 What you’ll do

As a Product Owner Lead, you will be responsible for Contribute to the launch of a new products or features that meets customer needs and business goals.

✅ What we’re looking for

• Make sure the products meets and cumply with the Regulatory requirements
• Conducte audits to understand current gaps and areas for improvement within their domain with local and global parties.
• Create and update product backlog in JIRA and prepare reports on product metrics that provide optimisation.
• Strategise on how to increase productivity, quality, and speed of product teams.
• Implement solutions that enhance collaboration, communication, and alignment across product teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Master degree
• Strong background in product management
• Experience in using tools and methods to optimise the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision and value proposition to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric and problem-solving approach to identify customer pain points and deliver solutions.

✅What can earn you extra points

• English is highly desirable for this position due to interactions with cross borders stakeholders.
• Experience with Payments and funds trasnfers is a must (Banxico, Cecoban and Swift)
