We’re looking for a tech-curious, hands-on Engineering Assistant to support our Engineering technicians. Reporting directly to the Engineering Department Manager, this role will ensure that our sites, equipment, technology and maintenance programs are designed and operated efficiently and consistently, while supporting the Engineering Department.
The Engineering Assistant will work directly with our Engineers and Technicians across all departments.

Skills:

· Strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build trust across teams.

· Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles, HVAC, and fluid systems.

· Hands-on experience with CAD programs and Microsoft Office tools.

· Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware or equipment malfunctions under supervision.
