• Project Design and Management:

• Manage the commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper installation, testing, and operational readiness.

· Thorough understanding of plant production process and developing/documenting SOP

· Ability to break down complex challenges into strategic priorities, analyzing pros/cons, cost/benefits, and risks/opportunities to achieve optimal outcomes

· Identifies, articulates, and communicates ways to improve and promote operational efficiencies, and product quality

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Agriculture or related discipline is required

· 5+ years of experience in Horticulture, prior cannabis experience is a plus
