Job description

Assist HVAC technicians and MEP teams in installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
Support installation of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, FCU, AHU, VRF/VRV systems, and related equipment.
Carry out basic support works such as lifting, shifting, and arranging HVAC materials and tools.
Assist in duct fabrication, insulation works, pipe fitting, and equipment installation activities.
Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials at the project site.
Provide support during equipment alignment, fixing, and commissioning activities.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians to complete assigned tasks.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an MEP Helper / HVAC Helper in construction or MEP projects.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP installation activities preferred.
Experience working on Oil & Gas HVAC projects is an advantage.
Ability to handle physical work and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Willingness to learn and support skilled technicians.

Must be able to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
Will be required to work on high platforms or confined spaces, adhering strictly to safety standards.
May be required to work overtime or extended shifts based on project deadlines.
