Job description

Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures at oil & gas facilities according to approved drawings and engineering specifications.
Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards before and after use.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to plan scaffolding requirements for ongoing projects.
Ensure all scaffolding work complies with company policies, OSHA, and other regulatory safety standards.
Assist in the rigging and lifting of materials and equipment as required.
Maintain proper documentation of scaffolding inspections and any safety incidents.
Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to prevent accidents.
Perform general labor duties related to construction activities when required.

High school diploma, ITI or equivalent.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent).
Knowledge of scaffolding standards, load capacities, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and specifications.
Physically fit and capable of working at heights for extended periods.

Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work on-site at various ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi.
Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours as project demands require.
