We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations, ensuring consistent execution of hiring processes, data accuracy, and a high-quality hiring manager & candidate experience. The TA Manager will coach and support a team of TA Recruiters, manage workloads and priorities, and act as the first point of escalation for recruiting issues. In addition, the role may carry a requisition load and remain hands-on in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
Essential Duties
- Lead and oversee day-to-day recruiting operations for the Global Capability Center (GCC), partnering with the GCC HR Lead and Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence at U.S. headquarters to support hiring initiatives
- Coach and support Talent Acquisition Recruiters on recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and stakeholder communication to ensure a positive hiring manager and candidate experience
- Monitor recruiter workloads and open requisitions, ensuring hiring timelines and service levels are met through tracking and delivery of key recruiting KPIs
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring consistent execution of recruitment best practices from position intake through offer and onboarding
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume roles
- Oversee contingent workforce hiring and onboarding, ensuring adherence to internal processes, vendor guidelines, and compliance standards
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), including candidate dispositions, documentation, and reporting accuracy

- Builds positive working relationships with candidates and stakeholders while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach
- Manages multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain hiring timelines
- Utilizes Applicant Tracking Systems effectively, including Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar platforms, to maintain accurate documentation and data integrity
- Ensures recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws while maintaining accurate and complete records
- Applies sound judgment to resolve day-to-day recruiting issues and ensure consistent process adherence
- Provides coaching and support to recruiters to ensure consistent execution of recruiting processes and a positive candidate experience
- Demonstrates accountability through ownership of recruiting activities, follow-through on commitments, and attention to detail in all hiring transactions
