Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Banquet Chef (Seasonal) to oversee the day-to-day banquet operations at Sebasco Harbor Resort. The Banquet Chef leads the planning, preparation, and execution of all food service for banquets, weddings, and special events. This role requires someone who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment during peak wedding season and can pivot to lean, efficient operations during slower winter months, managing labor costs, menu planning, and kitchen staffing to match seasonal demand without sacrificing food quality or consistency.
This is a Part Time position located in Phippsburg, ME.
