    The role of Client Relationship Manager

    As a Client Relationship Manager you will work as part of the Client Relationship team to develop, maintain, and build upon GLAS’s key existing client relationships to primarily protect GLAS’s existing clients and to assist in generating further revenue streams within this client pool.

    You will develop relationships with some of the world's leading private credit funds, investment banks, sponsors and institutional investors.

    Key Responsibilities

    Relationship Management

    • Manage a portfolio of key institutional clients.
    • Conduct reviews and account planning.
    • Build relationship maps and client ecosystems.

    Revenue Growth

    • Identify cross-sell opportunities.
    • Prepare proposals and support pricing discussions.
    • Support business development initiatives.

    Governance & Reporting

    • Produce call reports.
    • Maintain CRM records.
    • Prepare management reporting.

    Market Engagement

    • Attend conferences.
    • Gather market intelligence.
    • Promote the GLAS brand.

    Person Specification

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to prioritise work
    • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and establish, build and maintain relationships both internally and externally with clients
    • Stakeholder management experience.
    • Client account planning experience.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Commercial awareness.
    • CRM experience.
    • Presentation skills.
    • Financial services experience.
