    🌟Exciting Opportunity: Join ASRE as a Projects Document Controller (IFM/PMO Division)

    Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex project documentation? We are looking for a Projects Document Controller to join the ASRE – IFM/PMO Division and support multiple commercial projects across the Group’s business units in the UAE.

    In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining structured, accurate, and compliant documentation systems while coordinating closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution and audit readiness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and manage the central project documentation system, ensuring all records are organized, current, and easily accessible.
    • Scan, file, and properly archive all received documents in accordance with company procedures.
    • Receive, review, log, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing project documents, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, change requests, reports, and correspondence.
    • Monitor document workflows and ensure consultants and contractors comply with required formats, protocols, and submission timelines.
    • Maintain drawing registers and ensure only approved and current versions are circulated.
    • Support the Projects Manager and project teams with accurate documentation for meetings, approvals, and reporting.
    • Archive superseded drawings, submissions, and correspondence for audit and future reference
    • rack submission deadlines and follow up with consultants and contractors on outstanding documents.
    • Ensure consistency in document naming conventions, numbering, and version control.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation status reports for internal stakeholders.
    • Maintain confidentiality and control access to sensitive and classified project information.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all electronic and hard-copy records in line with company regulations.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to document control systems and procedures.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Education:
      Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
      Document control training or certification is an added advantage.
    • Experience & Skills:
      Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
      Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
      Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
      Strong communication and reporting skills.
      Experience working with document control systems and project environments is preferred.
