Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to customers.
- Promote Ali & Sons services available at the point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
- Recommend suitable optional equipment, accessories, and additional products based on customer needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Prepare and communicate accurate vehicle pricing, discounts, financing requirements, and quotations.
- Advise customers on the current and upcoming availability of new and used vehicle models.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New & Used Car Storekeeper.
- Coordinate with the Sales Customer Relations Representative regarding vehicle registration and insurance.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on available models, features, promotions, and market developments.
- Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive/car sales industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Arabic is preferred.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications.
- Presentable, proactive, customer-focused, and highly motivated to succeed in a premium automotive environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
