We're Hiring: Showroom Supervisor – Automotive Dealership | Fujairah

We’re looking for motivated professionals with experience in volume car brands, deep knowledge of the Fujairah market, and a track record of leading high-performance sales teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead day-to-day showroom operations to meet and exceed sales targets
- Drive your team’s performance through clear planning, coaching, and execution of strategic sales plans.
- Supervise and support the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Actively monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), customer satisfaction scores (CSI), and team productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management on promotions, events, and showroom initiatives that elevate brand presence.
- Coach and mentor your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Manage trade-in processes, stock assessments, and appraisal decisions to maximize trade-in performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Proven experience with volume car brands is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the UAE automotive market, particularly Fujairah customer profiles and trends.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive team success.
- Strong retail sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and MS Office suite.
- Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) are an advantage.
