Onboarding Specialist needs 4-6 years experience

Onboarding Specialist requires:

Ability to handle a large volume of e-mails and onboardings
Grace under pressure, to use the cliché
Strong desire to help people
Ownership attitude
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to act quickly and accurately (as far as thinking, following process, typing, keeping client updated, etc.

Knowledgeable in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

Onboarding Specialist duties:

on-boarding and background check logistics
ensuring timely renewals or exits are properly executed
the execution of requisition approvals
