Researches background information related to legal issues, gathers records and files and puts information together; Drafts routine contracts or legal agreements; Preparation of minute books and closing documents; Heavy transcription and filing; Basic paralegal duties supporting high level partners Must have 5+ years of related research experience regarding companies and individuals highly preferred
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and

Experience managing and coordinating large document compilations and mail outs,
