M-F = 8am-Midnight Saturday: 9am-10pm Sunday: 10am-10pm Every other weekend: Associate will work either Saturday or both Saturday &
Sunday.
There are rotating weekends where the associates will ultimately work 2 Saturdays per month and 1 Sunday per month)
The associates coming on board will only work 9-6 during their training process (approx. 1-2 wks). After that, they will work a range of shifts based on business needs. That could range from 9-5:30 up to and including 3pm-midnight. They will most likely not work the same scheduled hrs each day. They will fluctuate. Schedules are posted 3-4 weeks in advance
Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Able to troubleshot computer software/hardware issues over the phone; looking for candidates that are reliable, dependable, able to multi-task; Proficient with MS Word,
Excel and Windows applications, quick learner, able to add value to the team.
