Technical Sales Rep

Global Compression Services (GCS) provides natural gas compression equipment, aftermarket parts, and field service support to upstream and midstream operators across the United States. GCS is transitioning into a standalone, private equity-owned platform and is building a scaled sales organization to support that growth, including an expanding presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

This is a field-based, territory-owning sales role responsible for growing aftermarket parts, service, and overhaul revenue with existing and prospective compression customers, and for meeting or exceeding assigned territory revenue targets. Success in this role depends on being a visible, trusted presence in the field — the rep operators and midstream companies call first when a unit needs parts or service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Own and grow aftermarket parts, service, and overhaul sales within an assigned field territory; meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Build face-to-face relationships with operator and midstream field and operations personnel.
• Identify and evaluate new account opportunities within the territory.
• Coordinate with GCS service and operations teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide territory-level forecasts.
• Negotiate solutions that work for both the customer and GCS.
• Represent GCS at local industry functions and association events within the territory.
