DC Replenisher

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•    Stock items needed for completed orders received that day.  These items are stocked first.
•    Maintain neat, orderly and well stocked flow racks and reserve locations.
•    Ensure that all products are in sellable condition and defective parts are removed.
•    Check flow racks continuously and inform lead or Manager about defective products and low counts.
•    Identify, remove and segregate any defective products directed by Quality Control.
•    Complete paperwork neatly and legibly.
•    Communicate effectively and accurately with leads, inventory control and Manager.
•    Maintain clean and safe work environment using the correct tools properly.

Experience and Education Required

•    High school diploma or equivalent preferred
•    Basic math skills
•    Basic reading and comprehension skills
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Minimum 1 year stand-up forklift operation capabilities
Minimum of 1 year warehouse, pick and pack operation experience preferred
Prior inventory experience strongly preferred
Ability to identify products by item markings
Ability to read and comprehend stock status reports
Customer service oriented
Detail oriented

Reasoning Ability:  Ability to determine correct process in relation to specified guidelines learned during initial training and during any ongoing training.

While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, handle, twist and/or turn, talk, see and hear and lift and move up to 45 pounds.  The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, and stoop.  The employee occasionally is required to sit, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, climb and kneel. Employee operates stand-up and sit-down fork lifts about 80% to 90% of their work shift.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment is representative of those an employee would encounter in a normal warehouse environment with exposure to both heat and cold.  The noise level is usually moderate.
