Content Creator & Social Digital Media Specialist| CFC|

🔹 Job Description:

• Build and launch social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience behavior
• Create monthly content calendars with engaging, high-quality posts (in collaboration with design & content teams)
• Manage daily posting and community engagement, responding to DMs, comments, and brand mentions
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Research trends, competitors, hashtags, and audience behavior to keep content fresh and relevant
• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and brand activations
• Prepare monthly reports with insights, wins, and recommendations.
• 🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to launch and grow accounts from scratch.
• Solid knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and paid ads (especially Meta platforms and TikTok)
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with insights & reporting tools.
• Creative thinker, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Must be based in Cairo and available for on-site work.
