Role Purpose :
Responsible for on-ground operations, including managing attendance, handling workers’ issues, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the factory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and record workers’ daily attendance, absence, lateness, and shift status.
- Ensure attendance data is accurate and submitted on time.
- Follow up on absenteeism and manpower gaps during the shift.
- Coordinate with labour suppliers to cover absences and operational manpower shortages.
- Handle workers’ daily operational issues and provide appropriate first-line support.
- Escalate unresolved or critical workers’ issues to the HR Leader when required.
- Coordinate with labour suppliers regarding attendance, replacements, and workers’ operational matters.
- Maintain continuous communication with the Vendor Relationship Manager regarding supplier-related issues and manpower gaps.
- Ensure replacements and absenteeism coverage are arranged according to operational requirements.
- Follow up on workers’ deployment and ensure manpower is available in the required work areas.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily site operations and attendance reports.
- Monitor recurring attendance and operational issues and report them to the HR Leader.
- Support smooth shift handover between day and night operations where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, worker issues, supplier coordination, and corrective actions.
- Ensure company policies and site procedures are followed by workers during the shift.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions.
