What You’ll Own

• Serve as a visible advocate for the PCC Operating Model, building understanding and enthusiasm across the EMEA region. 

• Partner closely with the relevant EMEA stakeholders to share updates, answer questions, and address concerns around the transformation. 

• Gather insights, feedback, and lessons learned from regional stakeholders and translate them into recommendations for continuous improvement of the model. 

• Guide PCC teams through role changes, transitions, and structural shifts, ensuring alignment with global direct while considering local nuances. 

• Deliver clear messaging, toolkits, and guidance to support adoption of the new PCC operating Model across countries and teams. 

• Work hand in hand with the global HR Transformation & Integration team to ensure EMEA progress, challenges, and successes are visible and incorporated into overall program design. 

• Act as a sounding board to PCC leaders and team members in EMEA, providing practical advice and support during the transformation journey.

What you’ll bring

• Strong knowledge of HR structures, processes, and the dynamics of HR, particularly within Global Payments

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and engage diverse stakeholders

• Comfortable working in an evolving, fast paced environment and proactively driving clarity 

• Ability to work across time zones

Experience 

• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and balancing global consistency with local relevance

• Experience in HR, preferably in the HR Partner space

• Experience supporting M&A activity
