Raytheon's Naval Power Strategic Business Unit is hiring a Manager, Contracts within it's Naval Air Missiles Sub-Strategic Business Unit. The selected candidate will lead a key pillar within the AIM-9X & JSOW portfolio serving the US Navy and international partners. In this role you will be responsible for front-end assessment of business pursuits, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, change management, and ensuring contract requirements are fulfilled in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Additionally, you will also work diligently to develop and maintain strong relationships with the US Navy customer and internal program team, serving as a trusted business partner in proactively recognizing business and contractual challenges in program performance, and proactively developing, implementing, and executing creative contracting solutions.
This position is located in Tucson, AZ and is offering relocation assistance.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
