What You Will Do:
Are you an experienced Operations Engineer who enjoys solving complex capacity challenges and turning data into decisions that impact an entire manufacturing network? Join Pratt & Whitney’s Enterprise Capacity team and play a critical role in ensuring our producer base is prepared to meet the demands of the future. In this highly visible role, you’ll move beyond site-level capacity analysis to influence capacity strategy across P&W’s domestic manufacturing footprint—partnering with Industrial Engineers, manufacturing sites, software developers, and senior leaders to identify risks, improve modeling capabilities, and drive actionable insights.
You’ll leverage enterprise tools such as Kinaxis Maestro and Power BI, lead training and process improvements, and present findings to senior leadership, giving you the opportunity to combine engineering expertise, technology, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership to help shape the capacity readiness of one of the world’s leading aerospace organizations.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
