Raytheon is seeking a Program Manager for the Advanced Early Warning & Reconnaissance Systems (AEWRS) portfolio. This is a highly visible program area within the Surveillance & Tactical Radars Solutions (STaRS) Portfolio working directly with Northrop Grumman, U.S. Navy, and other U.S. government (USG) entities in all facets of the product lifecycle (production, sustainment and new development). You will be expected to set strategy, vision and direction for successful execution of ongoing programs as well as delivering new business to the portfolio. The key tenets of the AEWRS portfolio include people-centric, customer-focused execution, product affordability, product integrity, and on-time deliveries.
This role is onsite located in El Segundo, California.
What You Will Do
· Accountability for profit and loss, program execution, and EAC inputs
· Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, support internal and external reviews with leadership and the customer(s)
· Coordinate and align interactions, dependencies, and transactions directly with customer(s)
· Provide leadership and direction to a cross functional team
· Understand and represent customer needs to leadership
· Build and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts
· Responsible for managing risk, opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performance
· Support domestic travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
· Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
· Leadership experience leading transition to production, production and/or sustainment programs
· Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance for programs with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, Scope Board, or similar business processes
· Experience leading cross-functional teams
Qualifications We Prefer
· Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within one year
· Proven success creating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers
· Experienced leader competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and driving results
· Effective interpersonal skills especially in team building and customer relationships
· Strong communication, dedicated work ethic, a willingness to learn on the job, and commitment to being an active participant of our team and customer focused culture
· Experience working with U.S. Air Force or other customers on government programs (large/complex) with direct customer interfaces, both internal and external

· Active Secret U.S. government security clearance

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
