Join our aerospace engineering team and lead innovative R&D projects, from Technology Readiness Level (TRL) to New Product Introduction (NPI). In this role, you'll drive project success by managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate aerospace R&D projects from planning through execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical targets are achieved.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities across engineering and functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
- Fluent English.
