Role Overview

  We are seeking a highly analytical and leadership-driven Risk & KYC Manager to oversee our client onboarding, due diligence, and financial crime prevention frameworks. In this role, you will lead a specialized team of analysts, manage high-risk escalations, and ensure strict compliance with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You will serve as the core bridge between operational execution and regulatory oversight.
Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise KYC analysts and onboarding specialists, conducting performance reviews and training.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate high-risk client profiles, making independent risk-mitigation recommendations.
• Policy Enforcement: Update and implement standard operating procedures for AML/KYC compliance and adapt them to changing regulations.
• Resolve escalations: Act as the final checkpoint for complex investigations.
• Audit quality: Perform regular internal risk audits and compliance testing.
• Report activity: Investigate and file suspicious activity reports (SARs).
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between operations, legal, compliance, and senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or Criminology.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in AML/KYC operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in Fintech, or iGaming sectors preferred.
• Deep understanding of AML, CTF (Counter-Terrorist Financing), and KYC laws.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-based decision-making abilities.
• Clear reporting skills for key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalation management.
