Your Day in the Life at your Role
🛠 Design & Develop reliable, secure, and scalable solutions for replenishment and loan services within the prepaid ecosystem. Translate complex business needs into well-architected systems using microservices and event-driven patterns.
👥 Lead the design and implementation, and oversee end-to-end cloud-native solutions using AWS and GCP.
🤝 Collaborate with squads to implement DevOps practices—including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and full automation.
🔍 Perform architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and tribe-level strategies.
💡 Guide and ensure optimal data modeling and storage using both NoSQL MongoDB and relational databases PostgreSQL.
What You Bring to the Table
Core Skills and Qualifications:
At least 15 years of total experience and with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with prior background in software engineering or system integration roles.
Deep understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD, IaC (Infrastructure as Code), and environment automation.
Familiarity with airtime reloads, credit, and loan transaction flows or similar telco financial services.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proficient in GoLang, or comfortable working with teams using Go for backend services.
Solid understanding of modern system design, database modeling, and integration architectures.
Preferred Tech Stack & Tools
Cloud Platforms: AWS and GCP
Databases: Relational (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB)
Programming: GoLang (preferred)
DevOps & Automation: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), GitOps approaches
