POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the maintenance and service of commercial vehicles, facility assets, and developing processes and Standard Operational Procedures to ensure a better internal/external workflow process. Job Type: Full Time Starting Pay: $72,604 Work

Location:

Stockton RESPONSIBILITIES · Managing the maintenance scheduling workflow for all commercial vehicles to ensure operational efficiency · Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing, inspection, and assets · Build and maintain a rolling 30-day service schedule for the fleet · Conduct monthly vehicle inspections across all entities · Conduct minor vehicle maintenance · Consulting with repair shops about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs · Managing potential cost savings and warranty protections. · Managing existing and new vendor contracts · Managing registration process for all commercial vehicles and ensure insurance documents are updated timely. · Track all maintenance repairs using Fleetio software program · Developing and implementing policies and procedures for vehicle use and maintenance PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS · Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds. · Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a day. · Ability to walk with items in hand, grasp and reach as needed. · Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity. · Ability to work in an office environment BENEFITS · Meical, Dental, Vision · Life Insurance · Employee Assistance Program (EAP) · Vacation · Holidays GLOM is an equal opportunity employer and probits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship status, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, physical or mental disability, genetics, protected veteran, military status or unfavorable discharge from military service, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
