Partner with Sales and Engineering to:

    • Evaluate commercial and execution risks.
    • Validate project assumptions used in quotes.

    • Coordinate technical decision-making.
    • Drive closure of open engineering issues.
    • Monitor technical risks and mitigation plans.
    • Ensure design changes are evaluated for schedule and cost impacts.

    4. Manufacturing Coordination

    Work with Operations to:

    • Align production schedules and capabilities with project milestones.
    • Monitor manufacturing progress versus plan.
    • Facilitate prioritization decisions when resources conflict and resolve bottlenecks impacting timelines.
    • Coordinate recovery plans when schedules slip.

    5. Risk Management

    • Identify project risks early.
    • Maintain project risk registers, mitigation steps and owners.
    • Quantify schedule, cost, and technical risks in all functions.
    • Lead mitigation planning and implementation.
    • Escalate significant risks to leadership.

    6. Financial Performance

    • Monitor project budgets and profitability.
    • Track actual versus estimated costs.
