Junior International Recruitment Specialist (Unpaid Internship)

International Recruitment:

• Creation and publishing of job ads
• Monitoring of performing advertising channels
• Headhunting candidates using Linkedin in Recruiter
• Prescreening of candidates
• Arranging Recruitment meetings
• Conducting recruitment
• Respons to candidates

Project tasks:

• Improvements to global recruitment process
• Improvements and maintenance of our recruitment web pages
• Set up of team in South Africa

• Person eager to learn and is a fast learner
• Great communication skills in written and spoken English (no need to speak Finnish)
• You want to develop your career to become HR Specialist

What skills and software you will learn

• Recruitment Process from A to Z including headhunting
• Recruitment tools (Smartrecruiters)
• Linkedin Recruiter for headhunting potential candidates
• Office work (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Presentations,Forms)
• Those skills and experience will help you further applie for jobs in HR
• Our references in Linkedin will give you an advantage in building your career

Working minimum 4-5 days a week

Length of Internship minimum 3 months till end of June

Traineeship to start as soon as possible
