We believe great care starts with great people. That’s why learning, development, and clinical excellence are central to everything we do.

    The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Medical Assistant Training Coach who is passionate about teaching, coaching, and developing others. In this role, you’ll partner with Learning and Operations teams to deliver hands-on, competency-based training that prepares Medical Assistants to confidently and consistently deliver high-quality patient care.

This role is ideal for an experienced Medical Assistant who enjoys mentoring, traveling within a market, and playing a meaningful role in onboarding and upskilling clinical team members.

    • Conduct center and department onboarding and orientation
    • Facilitate workshops and serve as backup for classroom-based training as needed
    • Complete training documentation and competency assessments using approved digital tools
    • Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins to support learner confidence and readiness
    • Collaborate closely with Training Specialists and Learning Leaders to continuously improve training programs

    Clinical & Operational Support

    • Travel within the assigned market to support centers and new hires
    • Work operational shifts when training activities are not scheduled
    • Support providers, radiologic technologists, and patients through clinical and administrative duties
    • Perform patient intake, vitals, point-of-care testing, and exam room preparation
    • Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and follow-up calls
    • Maintain supplies, inventory, equipment logs, and quality control documentation

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Training, coaching, or teaching experience
    • Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
    • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
    • Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Graduate of a Medical Assistant program
    • One or more years of Medical Assistant experience under a licensed healthcare supervisor
    • Urgent care or fast-paced clinical environment experience

    Certification Requirements

    • Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) certification if required by role
    • State-specific MA credentialing requirements apply where applicable

    Why You’ll Love Working Here

    • Make a direct impact on patient experience by shaping clinical excellence
    • Play a key role in developing and mentoring Medical Assistants
    • Partner with passionate clinical, learning, and operations leaders
