Why This Role Matters
As Associate - Performance Marketing, you’ll be the execution backbone of the performance pod—running campaign setups, monitoring performance, and driving optimizations. This role is perfect if you want to sharpen your Meta Ads expertise while working with multiple fast-growing D2C and eCommerce brands.
What You’ll Own
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for SMB/D2C clients
- Ensure campaign hygiene: budgets, pacing, targeting, and creative testing
- Track and report on daily and weekly performance metrics
- Research trends, competitor ads, and audience insights to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with managers and leads to execute growth strategies
- Support client reporting and communication as needed
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with direct campaign execution exposure
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads (currently managing spends)
- Familiarity with eCommerce and D2C funnels is a plus
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
- Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into advanced campaign management
