    Job description

You don’t just manage an office, you make it run better. You see what needs to be done before anyone has to ask. You know how to take a busy dental office and turn it into a high-performing, organized, welcoming, and profitable practice. You thrive in an  environment where leadership, accountability, patient experience, and teamwork all matter. If you love developing people, improving systems, creating a strong team culture, and taking ownership of the day-to-day success of a dental practice, this is your opportunity to lead.

We’re looking for a results-driven Office Manager who understands the business of dentistry just as well as the people side. Someone who can balance patient care with operational excellence, hold a team accountable while keeping morale high, and confidently lead the office toward its goals.

This role is for a leader who wants ownership, influence, and impact—not micromanagement.

    Role Summary

You will work closely with the doctors and leadership team to ensure the practice operates efficiently, delivers exceptional patient care, and consistently meets its goals.

The ideal candidate is an experienced dental leader who is organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and passionate about building a strong team and a successful practice.

    • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
    • Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure team members understand their responsibilities, performance expectations, and practice goals.
    • Motivate the team to meet or exceed production, collection, scheduling, and patient experience goals.
    • Partner with doctors and clinical leaders to ensure quality patient care and operational efficiency.
    • Lead by example and create an environment where team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed.
