Summary:

Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Contract Manager.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Federal/DoD service contract management.
• Managing large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.
• Staffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management.
• Strong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Federal/DoD service contract management.
• Managing large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.
• Staffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management.
• Strong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing work comparable in complexity to the PWS.
• Ability to control, coordinate, and direct personnel and subcontractor performance.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Must meet Tier 1 personnel security/onboarding requirements.
• Travel: Up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current or recent DHA/PAE MP program experience.
• Current incumbent Contract Manager, Deputy PM, Task Manager, or senior Team Lead.
• Experience at Fort Detrick.
• DHA medical acquisition/product-development support experience.
• PMP or comparable project/program management certification.
• Experience managing 50+ FTE federal contracts.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $120,000 to $165,000.
