Team Lead – MILDEP

Summary:

Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Team Lead – MILDEP.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead day-to-day MILDEP support activities.
• Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and hiring support.
• Provide acquisition program management, risk management, scheduling, business operations, and acquisition analysis support.
• Ensure standardized DHA processes and procedures are followed.
• Monitor action items, schedules, risks, external requests, and leadership deliverables.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• DoD acquisition/program management.
• Integrated Product Teams and Working Groups.
• Risk management.
• Integrated master scheduling.
• Business operations/process improvement.
• Requirements/capability development and acquisition analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate task coverage.
• Ability to manage multiple programs/tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written, briefing, and executive communication skills.
• Travel: Up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current PAE MP MILDEP incumbent or Team Lead.
• DoDI 5000 / Adaptive Acquisition Framework experience.
• JCIDS/Materiel Requirements experience.
• PPBE experience.
• MS Project/IMS experience.
• Project Recon or comparable risk-management tool experience.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $85,000 to $115,000.
