SNK Technical Office Internship

We are looking for a Technical Office Intern to join our SNK Product Development Team, based in Venice (VE).

The ideal candidate will support the creation, maintenance and conversion of BOMs (Bill of Materials / technical sheets) into production DIBAs, ensuring that information is accurate, complete and correctly transferred across different documents and systems.

The role is particularly suited to a precise, organized and detail-oriented person who enjoys working with structured information, data and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Product team in the creation and maintenance of BOMs (Bill of Materials / technical sheets) for Sneakers.
• Enter, update and verify product information, materials, components, codes and quantities within the relevant documentation.
• Support the conversion of BOMs into production DIBAs, ensuring consistency and accuracy of all information.
• Cross-check data between different documents and systems, identifying and reporting discrepancies or missing information.
• Support the team in keeping technical documentation accurate, complete and up to date throughout the product development and production process.
• Collaborate with Product and other internal teams to collect and verify the information required for technical documentation.
• Perform administrative and data-entry activities related to product documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work accurately with numbers, codes, data and structured information.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with digital tools and databases.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and proactively ask for clarification when information is incomplete.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
