    • Orchestrate onboarding and periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) Due Diligence processes, serving as a subject matter expert for both agent banks and internal legal/compliance teams.

    • Execute bank account dormancy reviews and proactively identify opportunities for account rationalization to reduce operational risk and cost.

    • Collaborate with internal divisions to lead and progress industry and regulatory initiatives (e.g., T+1 settlement shifts, ISO 20022 adoption).

    • Evaluate new business proposals to assess and mitigate impact on account management requirements within the agent bank network.

    • Identify process inefficiencies and champion automation or workflow enhancements to increase the team’s scalability.

    • Escalate issues and challenges in the process and suggest procedural updates that can enhance processes / workflow

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.

    • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
