Opportunities in Structured Products

The Structured Products team structures borrowing solutions for our various funds and accounts. They organize securitization financings and Collateralized Loan Obligations (“CLOs”), and invest in other parties’ outstanding CLOs. The Structured Products team also arranges and reviews traditional borrowing arrangements. The team has significant experience structuring CLOs and traditional borrowing facility deals that are good for our underlying funds and accounts and also appeal to a broad base of top-tier lenders and securitization market participants. The Structured Products team works closely with various areas of the Firm to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
