Commercial Solar PV Installer

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Solar PV Installer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for our commercial customers. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, so we’re seeking candidates with experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials Perform general labouring duties as required Work independently, showing initiative and self-motivation Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively Be reliable and punctual, ensuring tasks are completed on time Stay organised and efficient in your work Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills Meet the physical demands of the job Be adaptable and open to learning new skills We're looking for a confident and motivated Solar PV Installer or Roofer with hands-on experience to join our growing team.

While a CSCS card is desirable, we’re happy to support you in getting this certification if you don’t already have one.

All you’ll need is a full driver’s license and your own transport, as this role involves travelling to multiple sites. Essentials: Experience in PV Installations or Roofing Confident with working at heights CSCS card (or happy to train towards it) Full driver’s license Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check Your base of Operations: Office, warehouse, and beyond Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent.

For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in the Lincoln area. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays. Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday. 🌞 Holiday: 25 days holiday and bank holidays, rising to 29 with long service recognition.
