Essential Job Duties:
- Performs patient assessment in a systematic and organized manner to provide high quality and safe outcomes.
- Provides patient care before, during and after diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Analyzes collected data to formulate a plan of care that contributes to high quality and safe Outcomes.
- Implements a plan of care with measurable criteria consistent with world class performance levels.
- Evaluates the plan of care with the patient and family support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Contributes to a high performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills.
- Completes other duties and special assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN required.
- Experience: Three (3) years of cardiovascular nursing experience, Cath Lab or Critical Care experience required.
