Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab
Full-Time | 75 Hours Bi-Weekly
At Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab, we believe life doesn't stop because someone moves into a nursing home—it should continue to be filled with laughter, purpose, friendship, and meaningful moments.
We're searching for an energetic, compassionate, and creative Life Enrichment Leader who loves connecting with people and making a positive impact every single day.
If you're the kind of person who enjoys planning events, leading games, crafting, music, decorating, celebrating holidays, taking residents on outings, and making someone smile—you could be exactly who we're looking for.
What You'll Do:
Every day is different! You'll have the opportunity to:
Plan and lead engaging activities, games, crafts, music, and special events
Create experiences that encourage socialization, creativity, and independence
Celebrate birthdays, holidays, and life milestones
Build meaningful relationships with residents and brighten their day
Organize community outings and recreational programs
Encourage participation while adapting activities to residents' individual interests and abilities
Document resident participation and activity progress
Help create a warm, welcoming, and fun environment where every resident feels valued

Creative and enthusiastic
Dependable and organized
Comfortable speaking and interacting with groups
A team player with a positive attitude

Ability to safely transport residents during community outings
Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, childcare, education, healthcare, or senior services is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with the right heart!
The best part of this job isn't what's on your to-do list—it's the people you'll meet.
You'll celebrate birthdays, hear incredible life stories, dance to favorite songs, play games, create art, enjoy community outings, and become an important part of our residents' daily lives.
Your creativity can turn an ordinary day into an unforgettable one.
If you're looking for meaningful work where you can make someone smile every day, we'd love to meet you.
