    Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
    Weekend Only | Friday–Sunday | 8-Hour Shifts | 40% Weekend Premium | New Hourly Rates | $2000.00 Sign on Bonus

    Chase Memorial is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team in a unique weekend-only leadership opportunity!

    If you’re an experienced RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting nursing staff, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, this position offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership while enjoying a consistent Friday–Sunday schedule.

    Position Highlights:

    Weekend Only – Friday, Saturday & Sunday
    8-hour shifts each day

    Base Rate: $40.00–$44.00 per hour
    40% higher rate of pay for working every Friday, Saturday & Sunday
    Consistent weekend schedule
    On-call rotation required

    Your base hourly rate will be based on your years of RN experience:

    That means the effective hourly rate for qualifying weekend hours would be approximately $56.00–$61.60 per hour, based on the applicable base rate.

    What You’ll Do:

    As an RN Supervisor, you’ll provide clinical leadership and help ensure the nursing department operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of resident care.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Provide clinical leadership and direction to LPNs and CNAs
    Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure clinical responsibilities are completed efficiently
    Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability
    Conduct RN assessments and help ensure residents’ clinical needs are appropriately addressed
    Help with admissions and discharges
    Monitor resident care and promote compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures
    Help maintain the daily staffing schedule to ensure appropriate coverage and quality resident care
    Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify and address clinical and operational needs
    Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff
    Participate in an on-call rotation
    Perform other duties as assigned
