Role Overview
We are looking for he intern to support the execution of global event shipments originating from India. The role will be responsible for ensuring material readiness, shipment documentation, labeling, tracking, and operational accuracy before materials are dispatched for events.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with operational systems and spreadsheets, and capable of coordinating multiple shipments with strict timelines.
Manage Material Hub (MHub) activities and ensure all material and shipment information is complete and accurate before dispatch.
Perform quality control (QC) checks on MHub entries, including material quantities, SKU details, event requirements, and shipment information.
Prepare pre-event shipping documents for international shipments originating from India.
Create and validate shipping labels for shipments to locations outside India.
Coordinate with internal operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure shipments are dispatched according to event timelines.
Update tracking numbers, carrier details, dispatch dates, and shipment status in relevant internal systems.
Monitor shipments after dispatch and flag potential delays, incorrect tracking information, or other exceptions.
Maintain accurate shipment documentation and records for operational and audit requirements.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners when required to resolve documentation, label, or tracking issues.
Ensure all pre-event logistics activities are completed within defined operational SLAs.
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce fulfillment, or a related field.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform data and document QC.
Basic understanding of shipping documents, courier labels, tracking, and international logistics.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with internal operational platforms and logistics systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience working with courier or logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Exposure to international shipping documentation and cross-border logistics is preferred.
