    Primary Function:

    This position will be dedicated to supervising, managing, and overseeing the daily activities of the Ignite 2.0 Reentry Program and is responsible for producing the outcomes of the grant. Will work with collaborative grant partners and Goodwill staff, enabling the program to provide holistic services to the justice system-involved individuals aged 18 to 24. In addition, this position will act as one of the liaisons with Goodwill Industries International, develop community partners, identify resources and gaps, track and report program and financial data to ensure program goals are met and exceed established expectations.

    Essential Functions:

    • Participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures, and goals for the Ignite 2.0 Reentry program, ensuring expectations are met and exceed established goals.
    • Ensuring the contract is carried out as specified by the contract guidelines and the proposal.
    • Manages a caseload of participants and works proactively with individuals served.
    • Reviews referrals, case records, program and satisfaction evaluation information; conducts file audits to ensure quality and performance standards meet CARF standards.
    • Oversee performance standards and ensure effective consumer-centered programs and quality assurance systems, including the GII statistical report (ASR), are kept up to date and reported on time and in compliance with all applicable laws, CARF standards, and state regulations.
    • Trains, supervises, and evaluates Ignite 2.0 Reentry program staff.
    • Reviews and approves program partners' reports and expenditures prior to submitting them to the VP of Mission Services for final approval and fiscal staff for submission.
    • Provide world-class customer service to all customers (internal and external).
      Maintain confidentiality with information such as case notes and client information.
    • Conducts self as a good role model by following Goodwill organizational policies and procedures; maintains a neat, professional appearance.
    • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with other community agencies to assure consumers are effectively served and demonstrated community needs are met.
    • Oversee program marketing, networking, leveraging of outside resources and community partnerships; participate in funding opportunities.
    • Consistently arrives at work on time and notifies supervisor of absence or tardiness in advance.
    • Participates with Mission Services leadership to implement the Opportunity Accelerator Framework within all Mission Services.
    • Meets regularly with Reentry case managers; identifies needs and solutions, and supports staff.
    • Revise departmental program plan, budget, and marketing plan within established expense to revenue and other parameters.
    • Responsible for working cooperatively with all Goodwill staff to ensure the success of all Goodwill functions and operations; safeguards company property (including donated goods) and employees; reports any incident of accident, theft, fraud, waste, or unauthorized possession of company property to the VP of Mission Services within 24 hours of the incident.
    • Participates as a fully involved management team member, maintaining a positive and effective cooperative working relationship with all workforce staff.
    • Contributes creatively with the Mission leadership team to seek solutions to department needs and in alignment with the department's vision.
    • Attends and participates in staff and collaborative partner meetings, training classes (on and off-site) at partnering locations, case management meetings, and other meetings as requested or required; updates curriculum and program calendar as requested.
    • Attends all training sessions and obtains minimum required professional development training hours annually as required by Goodwill.
    • Assists in the development and monitoring of grant budget.
    • Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key partners, including Goodwill Retail, employer partners, Florida Department of Corrections, Leon County Sherriff's Department, Department of Juvenile Justice, Tallahassee Community College, Georgia Technical Institute, Probation and Parole, Tallahassee Corrections organization, and others
    • Produces outcomes grant reports as required by supervisor, partners, and grantor.
    • Performs other duties as assigned that would lead to the successful operation of program, department, team, and mission.

    Must be proficient in performing word processing on the computer with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint computer software programs. Must be proficient in the use of client management database systems.

    Qualifications:

    Program management and three years of supervisory experience are required.
    Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and meet with participants.
    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
    Regular need to travel around the service area.
    May be required to work evenings and weekends.

    Typical Work Environment:

    While performing this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time but works primarily indoors and/or at facility entrance.
    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
